אנו זוג מאוד ביישן שלא אוהב להצטלם וכאשר יונית עבדה איתנו באופן טבעי היא הוציאה מאיתנו את הטוב ביותר באווירה מהנה וחיוך.מההתחלה היא הייתה מאוד מקצועית ונעימה. ביררה פרטים חשובים לפני ודאגה לתאם איתנו ציפיות. במהלך האירוע כולו היא עבדה בהמון אהבה וחריצות, לא נחה לרגע ודאגה לצלם כל התרחשות מכל זווית אפשרית.

יש לי וידוי. אני שונאת להצטלם. אני מודעת לערך ההנצחה והתיעוד, ולכן אני מנסה להצטלם, אולם לעולם אינני מרוצה מהתוצאות, אני גונזת את התמונות, וחזרנו לנקודת ההתחלה. כשנשאתי בקרבי את בני הבכור, היה לי ברור כי אתעד כל רגע ורגע, אולם הזמן נקף ובעודי בחודש השמיני, התרו בי כי אם לא אתעד את המאורע המרגש, לא תהיה לי הוכחה ניצחת כי אני אכן האם הביולוגית.
בנוסף, נדנודיה הבלתי פוסקים של דודתי מהתפוצות כי היא רוצה לחזות בפלא, פרצו בקיע בסכר, והחילותי בחיפושים (בהתחלה במחשבה בלבד) אחר בר המזל שייאלץ להתמודד עם סרבנית צילום בלתי מרוצה בעליל שכמוני.
החיוך והעיניים המנצנצות של יונית הפיגו עד מהרה כל מחסום, וכל חשש, ערטילאיים ככל שיהיו. יונית התבוננה בנו והכריזה כי תצלם אותנו בשדה חמניות. בתחילה הרעיון היה נראה מופרך, היכן נמצא שדה חמניות באמצע ירושלים? אולם יונית לא התעצלה, ונסענו יחדיו עד שמצאנו את השדה המיוחל והרי התוצאות לפניכם.
הצילומים שהתחילו מהוססים (מצידנו), הפכו לסאגה של צחוק וכיף, והדבר ניכר היטב. יונית השרתה עלינו אווירה נינוחה ובטוחה, הורתה לנו כיצד "לדגמן" בתמונות, ועם זאת אפשרה לנו להיות עצמנו כך שהתוצאה היא קולאג' צבעוני של תמונות ספונטניות ומתוכננות, שמהרנו להעביר לכל מי שחפץ (וגם למי שלא).
באופן מוערך, יונית הצליחה להעביר דרך עדשת מצלמתה ודרך עיניה הרגישות, את תחושת הרוממות שחשנו, ואת האושר שנבע מההורות המתרגשת עלינו, חרף המבוכה שבתיעוד. הדבר היחיד עליו אני מצרה הינו כי לא פגשנו בה קודם.

Thanks so much for the great work you did at Ashira's bat mitzvah! From the start, you put everyone at ease, and got even the crankiest family members to get into the picture and put on a sparkling smile.
The pictures came out amazing... there were so many great shots it was hard to choose which ones to develop! From the family portraits, to the action shots; fun friend photos, to the beautiful stills; you brought the whole evening to life in the album! I didn't need to have a video because the pictures totally convey the atmosphere of the whole affair.
